These terms govern the Visual Coaching certification program offered by metaFox GmbH. Effective July 2026.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the “Visual Coaching” certification program between metaFox GmbH, Carl-Spitzweg-Str. 61, 90768 Fürth, Germany (“metaFox”, “we”) and the participant (“you”). Our Impressum contains our full company details.
metaFox provides an online education program that teaches the Visual Coaching method. Depending on the tier you choose, the program includes access to a self-paced video library, two live group calls per week, a community, a license to metaFox.online, certification upon demonstration of the skill, and, in the Premium tier, individual sessions with the founders, support building your own coaching offer, and physical coaching card decks. The precise scope is the tier description shown at the time of booking.
By booking a call and confirming your enrollment, or by otherwise accepting our offer in text form, you make a binding offer to enter into the contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your enrollment (for example by email) or grant you access to the program.
Prices are Core €2,950 and Premium €6,900, each plus VAT where applicable. You may pay in full or in three monthly installments (Core 3× €1,180; Premium 3× €2,760); the installment option carries a surcharge over paying in full, and the totals are shown at booking. Payment is due as agreed at booking. If you pay in installments and a payment is missed, we may suspend access until the amount due is settled.
The program runs in cohorts with a defined start date. The core teaching takes about three months of weekly live calls; practice continues beyond that. The metaFox.online license is included for one year (Core) or for life (Premium). Certification is awarded once you demonstrate the method in a real coached session; attendance alone does not confer certification. Live calls are recorded and made available to participants.
The Skill Guarantee: if the method has not clicked by the end of the program, we continue to work with you in the practice calls, with additional feedback, until you can run a visual session. The Life-Happens Guarantee: you may pause your participation within 24 months and your place is held; what you have learned remains yours.
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Right of Withdrawal (Widerruf) policy.
The results of the program depend on your active participation and practice. We provide the method, guidance, tools and feedback; we do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome for your coaching business.
All course materials, videos, templates and documentation remain the intellectual property of metaFox or its licensors. You receive a non-transferable license to use them for your own coaching practice. Use of metaFox.online is additionally governed by its own terms. You may not resell or redistribute the program content.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your booking applies to your contract.
