For consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Effective July 2026.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (metaFox GmbH, Carl-Spitzweg-Str. 61, 90768 Fürth, Germany, Email: hallo@metaFox.eu) by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract. Where you expressly consented to the service beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract, the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance.
