1 · How a session can look

How your session can look.

First, one full session shown through five real boards. Then real, unscripted sessions so you can see the software in use.

a · One session, board by board

Every session leaves the client a board they keep, return to, act on and share. Here's the method at work, shown through five real boards from one session, moving through Surface → Structure → Shift. Click any board to see it full-size.

Board 1, Where am I going?
Board 1 · Surfacing

Get it all out.

Everything swirling comes out at once, scared, shaken, unsteady, alongside the real events behind it. The overwhelm leaves the head and lands on the board where you can both see it.

For the client: relief, it's out, and not as huge as it felt. For the coach: the whole picture is finally visible to work with.
Board 2, My future
Board 2 · Surfacing → Widen

Broaden the field.

The board opens up to what she wants, travel, peace, partnership, "go where you are celebrated," "listen to myself." More options surface, in her own images.

For the client: possibility, and a direction to move toward. For the coach: the goal is now concrete, not abstract.
Board 3, NO = YES to myself
Board 3 · Structuring → Frame

Find the through-line.

The mess resolves into one clean principle. Saying no to others' expectations is saying yes to herself, a frame she can carry into any moment.

For the client: a rule to live by, in five words. For the coach: the insight is captured, not lost to the talk.
Board 4, The book, roadblocks and enablers
Board 4 · Structuring → Relate

Map how it connects.

Her dream becomes a path: experience → first book → second book. The roadblocks and the enablers sit side by side, so both are in view instead of tangled.

For the client: a plan, and clarity on what helps and what blocks. For the coach: a map to work the obstacles, one at a time.
Board 5, Holding the promises to myself
Board 5 · Shifting → Anchor

Lock in the next step.

It closes on commitment: control my mood, my expectations, "I promised I would." The next steps are named and anchored to her own self-confidence.

For the client: a commitment they chose, in their own words. For the coach: accountability that's written down, not just agreed.

★★★★★
"I found it different from traditional conversations, it helped me see my thoughts and direction from another perspective. I understand myself and what matters to me more clearly now. I'd absolutely recommend the Visual Coaching approach."
Tanya P.Tanya P. · coached with the method
Your reframing to "non-lethal risk" has been in my head so often. So much feels possible because the risks no longer feel risky. The coaching has definitely changed my internal state when it comes to my work.
TreasaTreasa S.Coaching client · would recommend
I feel calm and confident lately. I often reference back to knowing that many of my behaviors are self-regulation, which helps me not judge myself. It feels relieving to get everything out and look at it objectively.
VincentVincent G.Coaching client · would recommend
It thoroughly stabilized my perspective and outlook toward working for my future. I'm more eager to exert the effort to realize the goals that I set.
